Getting started with Notion
Yes! Notion templates only work inside Notion. You’ll need a free Notion account to duplicate and use any template from Templovi. Creating an account is free and only takes a minute. Sign up at notion.so with your email or Google account.
After completing your purchase you’ll receive a confirmation email with your unique template link.
1. Open your confirmation email and click the template link.
2. The template opens in Notion as a preview page.
3. Click Duplicate in the top-right corner.
4. Choose your Notion workspace.
5. Done! The template is now yours to edit.
Tip: the Duplicate button only appears when you’re logged into Notion. If you don’t see it, sign in first.
Most Templovi templates work perfectly on a free Notion account. Some advanced templates that use Notion AI features may require a paid plan — this is always clearly stated on the product page before you purchase.
Yes. Once duplicated, you can access and use it via the Notion app on iOS or Android — exactly like any other Notion page.
Orders & downloads
There is nothing to download. After payment you’ll receive an email with your personal Notion template link. Click it to open the template and duplicate it into your Notion workspace. The link also stays available in your order history if you ever need it again.
Your template link is sent to the email address you used at checkout. You can also find it in your purchase confirmation email — check your spam folder if you don’t see it within a few minutes. Or log in to your Templovi account and go to My Account → Orders.
You can check out as a guest, no account required. However, creating a free Templovi account is recommended because it lets you access your template links and order history any time, without searching your email.
Your template link is for personal use only. You can duplicate it into your own Notion workspace as many times as you like, but sharing the link with others is not permitted under our licence terms.
Pricing & refunds
Each template comes in up to three tiers:
Free — a standalone starter page, perfect for trying the template.
Plus — the core system with more pages and features for everyday use.
Pro — the full experience, every feature and database included.
Exact contents are listed on each product page before you buy.
Because Notion templates are digital products accessible immediately after purchase, we do not offer refunds once the template link has been delivered. If you experience a technical issue with your template, please contact us and we’ll make it right.
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe. Payments are processed securely. Templovi never sees or stores your card details.
Technical & other questions
First, check your spam or junk folder, confirmation emails sometimes end up there.
If you created a Templovi account, you can also find your link under My Account → Orders.
Still nothing? Send us an email and we’ll sort it for you quickly.
Absolutely. Once duplicated, the template is fully yours to edit. Change icons, rename pages, adjust databases, add new sections — it’s your Notion workspace and you’re in control.
No. Templovi is an independent template shop. We create templates that run inside Notion, but we are not affiliated with or endorsed by Notion Labs, Inc.
